Corporate Social Responsibility Activities

1. Organizational governance

In accordance with our code of conduct, we promote corporate governance and operations with the aim of continuously achieving higher corporate value and meeting expectations of all stakeholders.

2. Human rights

We respect basic human rights and never commit violation of human rights. We strive for making our working environment fair and positive where we can work with pride and responsibility as a part of LECIEN.

3. Labor practices

We value mutual trust and promote establishing structure in working environment where all the members can work with vitality and motivation.
Also, we promote creation and maintenance of comfortable work places by respecting social norm, complying with laws and regulations related to Industrial Safety and Health, for example by documenting Personnel Regulations in writing including Employment Regulations.

4. Environmental management

To achieve a sustainable society, we are committed to reducing and improving our environmental impact through internal awareness-raising activities and environmentally friendly business activities , namely green procurement, energy conservation, planning of environmentally friendly products.

5. Fair operating practices

We conduct fair business operations to build up and maintain sound and transparent relationships with our suppliers and clients. We continue education and enlightenment to for all of us to abide by laws and regulations.

6. Consumer issues

We value voices of each customer highly and strive for always responding to them with accuracy, kindness and promptness.
Thinking from customer’s perspective, we continue our cycle of improving “product quality” and “services”.

7.Community involvement and development

LECIEN promotes global warming prevention and environmental protection through recycling activities, such as donating waste fabrics to local schools to support the production of clothing, and tree-planting activities, with the aim of realising a sustainable society.
LECIEN also contributes to the development of local communities by organising work experiencing workshops and events using LECIEN products to show children, who will lead the next generation, the joy and importance of manufacturing.
